Downloading the Alpange application will not result in the recording of any personal data. However, if a user subscribes to an electronic service, whether it is free or paid, Alpange will collect a certain amount of mandatory personal data from each user. This data includes email, profile picture (optional), phone number (optional), description (optional), metadata of recordings (name and picture), and so on.

Similarly, if Alpange receives a request for information or documentation, it may use this data to answer the request.

Alpange respects the provisions for the protection of human rights, fundamental freedoms, personal data protection, and the free circulation of such data. It complies with EU Directive no. 95/46 and Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, concerning data processing, data files, and individual liberties (modified by the Act of 6 August 2004, concerning the protection of individuals in the context of the processing of personal data). To that end, the company has completed the appropriate procedures, obtained the necessary legal and administrative permits, and submitted a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), the French data-processing watchdog, regarding its processing of personal data.

The user is informed that, according to Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, concerning data processing, data files, and individual liberties, they have the right to access, rectify, or delete personal information concerning them. These rights can be exercised by sending a letter by post to:
